These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ze555 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before using ze555.

ze555 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Account registration requires valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) verification. Underage access is prohibited and any account found to belong to a minor is immediately and permanently suspended.
BDT Payments
All deposits and withdrawals on ze555 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, DBBL, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. No third-party or anonymous payment methods are accepted.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period . Attempting to exploit bonus offers through fraudulent means will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
Account Security
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ze555 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Any suspicious account activity must be reported to support immediately at [email protected].
Fair Play Standards

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ze555 ("ze555", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ze555 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all related features available at ze555.app and any associated subdomains.
By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree" during sign-up, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ze555 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ze555 platform and close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use of ze555 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms should be read alongside the ze555 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms that may apply at any given time. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ze555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
- You are accessing ze555 for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of ze555, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from ze555 or had your account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
- You are acting in your own name and are not operating under the instruction or on behalf of any other person.
Age Verification
ze555 enforces mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. Upon registration, or at any point thereafter at ze555's sole discretion, you may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document to confirm your identity and age. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
ze555 employs automated and manual screening tools to detect underage account access. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and all deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible.
3 Account Registration & Security
Each individual player may hold only one active account on ze555. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other linking factor — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and funds may be forfeited at ze555's discretion.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred BDT payment method. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ze555 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ze555 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ze555 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel — any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP from your account security settings.
- Log out of ze555 after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Report any unauthorised access to your account to [email protected] without delay.
ze555 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual or suspicious login activity is detected, pending a security review. During such a review, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ze555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ze555 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs or fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Accepted Payment Methods
ze555 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following BDT payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ze555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (subject to change; current limits are displayed on the deposit page).
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Deposit crediting is typically instant once the mobile wallet or bank transaction confirms on the payment provider's end.
- ze555 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (subject to change; current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page).
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). VIP-tier players receive priority processing.
- Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification review. ze555 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
- ze555 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
Anti-Money-Laundering Policy
ze555 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All unusual transaction patterns are monitored and may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use ze555 to process or transfer funds that derive from illegal or unauthorised sources.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
ze555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, denominated in BDT. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh cultural calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season).
General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each offer are clearly stated on the corresponding promotion page.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonuses expire automatically after this period.
- Bonuses are awarded on a per-player, per-promotion basis. Unless explicitly stated, each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player.
- ze555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Where a bonus is accidentally credited to an ineligible account, ze555 reserves the right to reclaim that bonus and any associated winnings at any time.
Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be manipulating bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim new-player offers, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using automated software to exploit promotions — will have all bonuses and related winnings forfeited and their account permanently closed.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets available on ze555 are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to gameplay only.
Random Number Generation
All virtual casino games — including slots, table games, and instant-win games — use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published transparently for every slot title in the ze555 game library. ze555 does not manipulate RNG outcomes under any circumstances.
Live Casino
Live dealer games on ze555 are delivered via real-time streams from professionally managed studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Results are determined by physical actions (card draws, roulette wheel spins) in the live studio. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, any round where a result has been definitively determined before the disconnection will stand. Rounds where no result had been determined at the point of disconnection will be voided and any associated stakes refunded.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on ze555, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and other sports, are subject to specific settlement rules available within the betting interface. ze555 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle markets differently in cases of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or force majeure events.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of any game or bet, ze555 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the corresponding stake. No claim for winnings based on a malfunctioning game outcome will be honoured. ze555 will communicate material malfunctions to affected players as promptly as practicable.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on ze555. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
- Money Laundering: Using ze555 as a vehicle to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
- Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use ze555 if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer formats.
- Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated software to play games or place bets on ze555.
- Exploit Abuse: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, matched betting across accounts, or any other form of bonus manipulation.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been credited and used on ze555, without first attempting to resolve the matter through ze555 support.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward ze555 staff or other players through any communication channel.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
ze555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where ze555 has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraud or criminal activity has occurred, or that continued account access poses a risk to ze555 or other players.
Suspension
An account suspension is a temporary restriction on account access, typically applied while ze555 investigates a potential breach or security concern. During a suspension, the player may not log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. ze555 will endeavour to complete any investigation and communicate its outcome to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting ze555 support at [email protected]. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Any verified remaining balance in BDT will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing period, less any bonuses that had not yet met wagering requirements.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a formal self-exclusion through ze555 support. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of 6 months and may be permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and re-activation requests will not be processed until the full exclusion period has elapsed. 9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ze555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ze555 platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, regardless of the game type or betting market;
- Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or downtime of the ze555 platform or any third-party service integrated with it;
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security;
- Losses resulting from your reliance on game odds, statistics, or any other information displayed on the platform;
- Consequential losses of any kind, including loss of income, profits, business, or reputation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ze555's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The ze555 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ze555 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You access and use ze555 at your own risk.
Third-Party Services
ze555 integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and technology infrastructure partners. ze555 is not liable for any failure, delay, or error attributable to these third-party providers, though ze555 will endeavour to resolve any resulting player-facing issues promptly.
10 Amendments & Governing Law
ze555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ze555 will notify registered players via the email address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of ze555 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using ze555 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the ze555 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ze555 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements (whether written or oral) relating to the same subject matter.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
